It is with great joy that we share with you this year’s new volume of our Paths magazine. In its pages, you will find a range of articles highlighting recent integration and advocacy initiatives across our South East Europe offices: an artistic and therapeutic dance workshop in Bihać, the Croatian premiere of a biographical documentary about a young Syrian refugee, and a series of enriching interviews with our volunteers and staff.

Each volume of our magazine opens with a foreword by a person whose insight we deeply value. In this edition, we are honored to feature a short essay by Vladan Perišić, a priest of the Serbian Orthodox Church, entitled “On Patriotism, Nationalism, and Christian Conscience.”
